Atlas data hub
Altas from Nordic NDC is a plug-in tool, that all travel agencies (Both IATA and Non-IATA) can use when they want to introduce new Non-GDS products and services.
The biggest obstacle for travel agencies to introduce new products and services, is the fear of disruption to their existing workflow towards their customers and vendors in their back office handling.
With Atlas, travel agencies can import booking data directly from “Symphony” (Hub, Corporate and Travel) into their current back office system and continue to do their back end work as normal. This requires no extra installation and training within the travel agency.
Atlas can connect to all travel agency back office systems and front end booking tools. This way travel agencies can increase their number of Non-GDS booking portals according to their customer’s growing demand for extra products and services not currently available in the GDS.
NDC and LCC ticket bookings are routed directly via Atlas into the agency’s back office system, and from here normal BSP settlement and customer invoicing can take place, as with GDS bookings. Learn more from our case stories Mangaard and Travel Sense .
