Major upgrades give agents full control of ticketing, changes and additional sales opportunities

With the major roll out yesterday, Symphony Hub now gives agent the most flexible tool to book NDC tickets. It is now possible to change tickets directly in Symphony Hub. No need to go to airline NDC-support sites to make the changes. This gives the agents full control, flexibility, saves time and help them to improve customers service. Now it is easier to make better margin on change fees and cancelation fees as the options are right there at your fingertips.

The first two airlines who are live with this new option are Finnair and Singapore Airlines. The remaining NDC airlines will follow shortly.

From our talks with hundreds of agencies in the Nordic and Baltic region, we know, this has been the number 1 concern and “show stopper” for not to get started with NDC bookings.

There are 3 major new features in this upgrade making Symphony Hub the complete NDC booking tool for Nordic and Baltic agencies. No other system will offer the same number of NDC airlines, service functions and high level of usability. The major upgrades are:
• Change of Booking for enabled NDC airlines (for the time being Finnair (AY) and Singapore Airlines (SQ))
• Cancel / Void / Refund for all the eligible NDC airlines
• Adding of Ancillary Services over existing bookings for all the eligible NDC airlines
